How to Pop Secret on The Stove
3 tablespoon oil preferably coconut or olive oil
4 oz passion popcorn
1 large pot with lid or sauce pan
Heat oil on high heat for one minute
Place 3 kernels in the pot and wait till they pop
Place the rest of the kernels in the pot and reduce heat
Agitate pot till popping slows
Transfer to serving bowl and add fine sea salt or nutritional yeast for taste
Enjoy food from the gods
Popping in the Microwave
Pop Kernals
Add ½ cup or 4 oz of passion popcorn to a large paper bag to fit microwave
Set dial to 2.5 or 3 minutes depending on the microwave
Make sure to roll up the top of the bag to continue the action
Enjoy simple and nutritious popcorn.

Up to Heaven Passion Popcorn
Non burn stove top method. We discovered this technique when we were growing up on the farm.
Ingredients
. ¼ cup Passion popcorn
. ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
. 3 tablespoons olive oil
. 2 tablespoons melted organic butter
1. Heat oil on high heat and place three kernels in large pot with lid.
2. When you hear the kernels pop add the rest of the popcorn in the pot with the fine sea salt.
3. Remove from heat and count to 30 or say Passion Popcorn 30 times this will condition the kernels.
4. Return to heat and shake the pot, remember to wear kitchen gloves.
5. Melt the organic butter and distribute in the popcorn.
Now you have created the most incredible popcorn this side of the Mississippi ( say that 30 times ).
**Warning**
Due to the great taste and high fibre content, passion popcorn can become an obsession. We recommend eating in moderation. Its so good, to say "no" may be a challenge.
